Discover how AI can help your business answer customers, capture opportunities, organize work and automate follow-up—before you commit.
Limited to selected Yukon businesses. Application and consultation required. Applying does not guarantee selection.

Every unanswered call, forgotten follow-up or delayed response can become a missed opportunity.
Your customers may be contacting you while you are serving another customer, driving, working in the field, closed for the evening, short-staffed, managing appointments or trying to catch up on administration.
Aurora helps keep customer communication and follow-up moving—even when you cannot respond personally.
Aurora is more than an answering service. It is an AI customer-communication and workflow system configured around how your business operates.
Explore the capabilities below to see how Aurora could support your customers, employees and daily operations.
Not sure which features you need? That is completely fine. Tell us what is happening in your business, and Aurora will help identify an appropriate solution.
Aurora can support more than calls and appointments. Custom workflows can collect operational information, notify employees, create tasks and prepare reports.
Imagine a pump-truck driver arriving at a customer's property and discovering that a parked vehicle is blocking access.
Using a phone, the driver could dictate a short note explaining that the pump-out could not be completed. The workflow could record the incomplete job, notify the office, create a rescheduling task, contact the customer and include the incident in the supervisor's end-of-day report.
Employee submits a note
Job status is updated
Office or supervisor is notified
Customer follow-up is created
Incident appears in the daily report
Custom operational workflows depend on the client's systems, requirements and approved implementation scope.
Aurora is not a one-size-fits-all answering script. Selected capabilities can be configured around your business information, customer journey and approved processes.
Every selected business will complete a discovery consultation before implementation so we can determine what is practical, appropriate and most valuable.

The free 30 days begin when the approved Aurora system goes live. The promotional configuration will be confirmed after consultation and technical review. The promotion does not include unlimited custom development, third-party usage charges, unrelated HDM services or capabilities outside the written promotional scope.
Near the end of the 30-day promotion, we will review the results with the business.
Continuing afterward is optional. Paid service will begin only if the business approves its ongoing service, monthly price and written service agreement.
Paid Aurora plans currently start at $597 per month. Final pricing depends on the selected capabilities, expected usage and operational complexity. A one-time setup fee normally applies outside this promotion.
